My room got double booked I guess. 3 hours in a couple unlocked my door using a key card. The front desk came to my room trying to double check I was in the right room and I had to show that my key card holder had that room number. Mistake on their end that could have been bad if I wasn’t fully clothed!

The location

the lights did not work in our room, no one came to help us when I called the desk the toilet overflowed at 3AM no one came when I called the emergency number, no call back, I went to the desk no one answered the bell, so my family had a flooded bathrrom and no working toilet and the hotel never called back or came to help us. When I spoke with the manager the next morning all I got was I'm sorry . I should never had paid full price for this.

no hot tub as advertised. the hot tub is the reason I chose the hotel. Room did not get clean second day.

Location was great distance to the ballpark and the purpose for our visit.

The person at the front desk was hard to understand and seemed a little shady.

Hotel is just a few blocks from our family so it was very convenient. Loved that we could have breakfast at the hotel every morning before starting our day. The room was very nice and comfortable. Staff was helpful when we had questions.

One morning there was no hot breakfast available, only cold. It would have been nice if they had posted why it was not being provided that day.

Staff was super friendly, the place was very clean, and the room was much bigger than we expected. We were also pleasantly surprised that they had hot items for breakfast (so many hotels have removed this due to COVID).

The location isn't terrible. We were near where we needed to be, but in general, you would need a car to get anywhere.
