The lobby was ok

Dirty, run down, old, uncomfortable beds, thin pillows, scratchy sheets

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful and A/C worked GREAT! We never made it to breakfast but it looked and smelled great. Lots of folks were there each morning.

The door to the outside nearest our room was "out of order" and baricaded closed. This made parking hard or impossible to find because people from that area (like us) had to park near one of the other side doors. There was no designated smoking area and we walked through five or six smokers each time we left or entered the hotel. We had to walk a longer way than we like to and because it was soooo hot, this was uncomfortable. The entire place was a little "aged", and could use some sprucing up. The room was super cool and bedding was nice but the mattress was hard and made our arthritic joints hurt after staying a couple of nights.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Comfortable bed and we loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash being right there and of a seemingly good quality. The breakfast was more than was expected and the breakfast servers went over and above for all guests. This stay was exceptional.

We booked with Booking.com and there was major run around with them but your staff handled it and after over an hour wait...due to no fault of your hotel, we finally made it to our room.

It was very quiet, peaceful, nice location, & safe. It was worth every penny & above my standards. The staff are very nice & make it all an easy experience.

Not one thing I didn’t like besides the trash cans in the rooms are super small.
