Breakfast was okay. Never heard of having a corndog with scrambled eggs. They should of had a staff person wipe off the tables in the eating area.

We arrived at about 2:30 p.m. and the person at the front desk said check in was at 3:00 p.m. and we could not check in until that time. We had an appointment at 3:45 p.m. and had to change clothes and get ready. When she saw I was a bit upset she seemed to find us a room. If check out is at 11:00 a.m. I can't believe they would not have a room available before 3:00 p.m. I have stayed at a Hampton Inn many times and never had that problem.

bedrooms were a good size and breakfast was very good

the swimming pool didn’t look particularly great. The location is not walkable into Denton city centre but it wasn’t far by far

Location was good, property is recently renovated. Breakfast was good, dining area is accessible 24/7 which is nice when you want a place to sit or eat.

Service was very so-so. Some staff tried very hard to b*llsh*t me on issues rather than just being honest. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Mechanical issues in the room necessitated a room change. Some renovations are not yet complete.

Very convenient to the places we needed to go. Clean rooms and great staff.

There was a powerful failure on the morning we had to leave so the elevator was not working. I have a physical problem that made it difficult to get down the stairs. At least we were only on the second floor. The staff tried to be very accommodating so it eventually worked out.

Front desk staff were rude asked for quarters.second morning to use the laundry facilities didn't have any told me to go to the convenience store down the road. Breakfast was totally lacking

The location was perfect to UNT and TWU. Plus Downtown Denton. The room was very spacious and clean.

They could have warned us about construction on the second floor. It was right over our room. It began at 7 am and did not quit until 10 pm. They could have moved us to another part of the hotel. Not once were were asked nor notified. There was almost no water pressure. Saw three people working at the desk, and only one smile in 3 days.

It was clean. Also in a safe area.

The night clerk was rude.
