The breakfast was good and the location was good.

Easy access into the front entrance of the hotel. There was several/too many motorcycles parked under the entrance/ doorway. The loud music was very disturbing to guest. The staff that worked the front desk didn’t seem to mind the bikes crowding the entrance.

we walked out of 103° heat into a swampy and humid 78° lobby. There was no one staffing the front desk. We had to wait almost 2 minutes for the front desk staff to see that we were there and get up from a breakfast table to come over in civilian clothing with no name tag to assist us.

The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean. Most of the staff was pleasant.

Very dirty outside of the room in common areas. ice machine didn’t work. pool was very cloudy and had lots of bugs. Room was never cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels and take the dirty ones down to the front desk.

Breakfast and the room was comfortable.

The housekeeper cleaned our room but took the towels and didn't give any back them nor remade the bed. Basically changed the trash and took some of the towels. First night tv said batteries was low and remote wasn't acting. I called thr front desk and request a new remote like the tv said to do. The girl who answered spoke to someone in the background and I'm waiting on the phone bc at that time I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or someone else(it was real distorted on one of our ends not sure which one)the girl then said you need something else and I'm like oh no maam and then she immediately hung up in my face.

Manager when arriving was very rude with attitude and tone. No ice machines were working on any floor.

The hotel room was not cleaned and it is dated ! The photos on the website are deceiving . It was gross! Will never stay again! Usually Holiday Inn properties are nice, clean and comfy ! This is the last time I will ever stay at a Holiday Inn.

The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely helpful when the AC unit wasn’t working. The man at the front desk came up to our room and fixed it himself. The outdoor pool area was well maintained and the water was clean. Also the breakfast was fresh with lots of choices for our family.

I like it because it’s close to we’re we were going

the room had mold and shower was nasty

i liked that the rooms had plenty of room to put our belongings instead of the floor.
