The breakfast was great. I tried something different each day. Very spacious. My kids loved the elevators! Beds were very comfy and the room was also very spacious

Ran out of juice the last day. Had to ask for towels for the pool area. But that was just small things. Didn’t affect our trip negatively. It was a very nice hotel

Room not ready ( waited an hour after arrival for room), dirty room (stains on carpet, walls, ceiling and curtains) room in disrepair (door handles didn’t work/latch properly), had to ask for towels and toilet paper neither in room on arrival (2 calls an hour later and asking at desk finally toilet paper was given to us, unattended kids everywhere (pool, elevator, hallways) running around playing on the 1 elevator they had by pushing all the buttons every time we tried to take the elevator. No food at breakfast, didn’t replenish despite well within their breakfast hours.

The staff was pretty nice, the location was pretty good, and the size of the room was good.

With our first room the pull out bed was broken and it took over an hour to get a rolling bed (11:30 pm). The temperature in the rooms made it very uncomfortable. The other people in the hotel was dreadful parents allowing their children to swim unattended and cause havoc. It was hard to sleep with constant yelling and partying around the hotel cars driving around the hotel at 1 am with loud music made it very hard to sleep. Staff or security guards allowed all this which made the stay difficult.

The flow in the breakfast area was poor at best. Only one door being used as entrance and exit with people doubling up in line. It made it difficult to make a plate. People jumping in line in front. Very disorganized.

It looked very nice in the lobby. Happy hour was nice, but no options at all really.

Our room had big stains on the carpet, food on the floor still from people that stayed before. The big issue or couch was broken so very uncomfortable! Also the TV worked on and off..

The location

Pulling up to check in and the police were there. For a room with 5 people we only had two towels. We called and requested more towels and another sheet for the pull out which they were never delivered and front desk didn’t always answer their phone. We tried to go to the pool but it was way over crowded, the pool was freezing and it was absolute chaos.

The staff were nice and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional and we loved the omelet station. Also like the 2 free complimentary drinks per nights stay. Loved the openness of the hotel. Loved the bed and pillows, very comfortable.

There could have been working ice machines. There was only one ice machine that we could find in the entire hotel, which was on the first floor, and it wasn't working. We had to go to the gas station to buy bags of ice. There was only 1 elevator working and at times it would take up to 10 minutes if not more to access the elevator. The hot tub was down and not working. Our bathroom sink was clogged and would instantly back up and fill with water. The room's wallpaper, paint, furniture and carpet could be updated.

Homemade omelets for breakfast, complementary drinks, room eas nice and clean. Very open for kids.

Only one working elevator, room service was very slow. It took aa hour for them to bring towels for our group while we were in The pool. Breakfast buffet was cold at 730am. Also pool room was not clean, and hot tub was out of order.

NOTHING VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FIRST ARRIVING TO THE HOTEL WE CHECKED IN THEN GOES BACK OUT TO GET OUR BELONGINGS WE COME BACK IN WITH OUR THINGS AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY DIDN’T ALLOW YOU TO BRING YOUR BIRTHDAY CAKE INTO THE HOTEL… THE WAS SUPER DISAPPOINTING AND IT WASN’T EVEN THE LADY THAT CHECKED US IN THAT SAID SOMETHING SHE WAS JUST STANDING THERE WATCHING US ENTER INTO THE HOTEL WITH THE CAKE IT WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT WAS STANDING THE THE OTHER CHECK-IN DESK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF HER!!!!! SHE SAW ME BEFORE HE DID AND HE SAID SOMETHING WHILE HE WAS CHECKING IN ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!!!! I’M LIKE LOOK AT SOMEONE TRYING TO GET EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!!!!! THEN WHEN WE GET TO OUR ROOM IT FELT DIRTY!!!!! SO IT WAS TIME FOR BED MY CHILDREN PULLS OUT THE LET BED IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA AND YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS UP!!!!!! IT WAS A HUGE PEE PEE STAIN IN THE BED AND DRIED UP BLOOD ON THE MATTRESS COVER!!!!!! AND A PIECE OF BREAD LIKE AS IF THE LAST PEOPLE THAT HAD THE ROOM WERE EATING PIZZA OR SOMETHING IT WAS JUST DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! I’VE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE !!!!!!! AS MUCH AS MY FAMILY AND I TAKE TRIPS AND RENT HOTELS I’VE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS!!!!!! THEN THE NEXT DAY IT WAS BREAKFAST TIME THEY WERE PLAYING MUSIC LIKE I WAS CONFUSED I’M LIKE AM I IN A CLUB OR IS THE COOK ABOUT TO COME OUT AND START MALE DANCING I JUST DIDN’T UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS GOING ON!!!!!!! THE PLATES AND SILVER WARE WAS DIRTY!!!!!!! IT WAS SOOOOO DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! IF I WOULD Have DROVE ME AND MY CHILDREN WOULD HAVE BEEN IUT OF THAT PLACE IN A QUICK FAST AND IN A HURRY!!!!!!!! THE POOL WAS DIRTY AND PIECES OF THE POOL WAS BREAKING IN THE POOL MY DAUGHTER CUT HER FOOT WHILE SWIMMING SHE STOOD UP AND STEPPED ON SOMETHING IN THE POOL SHE PICKED IT UO AND IT WAS PIECES OF THE POOL!!!!! THE POOL AREA WAS DIRTY THEY NEVER HAD TOWELS IN THERE YOU HAD TO KEEP ASKING THE FRONT DESK FOR TOWELS FOR THE POOL AREA!!!!!! IT WAS JUST VERY, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory. Check in/out process went smooth. Location is convienent.

We’ve stayed at this location a few times, but it seems to be getting progressively worse. At check in we had to sign a conduct contract that stated “no smoking” but it smelled like cannabis everywhere. There is only 1 elevator working(same as each stay)slow drain in bathroom, and tattered furniture. I have never seen an Embassy Suites in this condition before. We will not return this location.

Liked the location and free parking. The beds we're comfortable. Like having a suite. The breakfast is amazing.

Stayed there 2 times within 2 weeks of each other, and one of the 2 elevators wasn't working either visit, creating long waits coming and going. Also, none of the ice machines worked on either stay. The hotel clearly doesn't keep up with maintenance. We were very disappointed that key items were not available.

Paid for a king bed got a queen should have had two fold outs according to on line had one. No cots even. Floor was so dirty no one could sleep on floor. Folded out the Hide a bed and there was gummy’s peanuts and a lot of crap there. Was no sheet on the hide a bed. Tried calling for some and they didn’t answer the phone. Feel like we way over paid for this stay would have been better in a cheap hotel. We picked this place because we stayed there about five years ago and it was great but it’s really down hill in comparison to that stay.

I loved the hot breakfast with omelets, complimentary drinks and snacks around dinner time plus the beds were very comfortable.

Elevators were congested and limited stairways. Room was still waiting to be cleaned hour and half after proposed check in.

Air not working,only one elevator working,kids running around screaming,garbage thrown in hallways..come on for 200.00 a night ?? Never again

We only used the room. The pool was too crowded. We overslept and didn't get breakfast.

The place was extremely nice. I was with high school girls and when we entered the side door closest to our room, people were outside drinking and smoking even weed. Weed is not a pleasant smell.
