the trash, not much choices for breakfast as everything needed refilled and the chlorine was to high in the pool so it was closed and my kids couldn’t even swim

The customer service was horrible! I booked my room online, I received my confirmation number . When checking in the receptionist told me she couldnt find my room , even with the proof that it was paid for . I was denied a room with no further assistance .

Nothing I wasn't notified of cancelation of my room...need a refund

The location was nice, staff was ok, and the price was fair.

The heater in the room did not work and me and my family woke up with cold noses and then someone tried busting into my truck at around 4 am. The car next to us parked had the windows busted out. I’ve stayed here before but this time I felt unsafe and like the place was run down! The gentleman at the front counter was great otherwise.

Breakfast was basically non existent

We didn’t get the room we asked for and paid for we got a smaller room. It was dirty and they wouldn’t change the sheets. They wouldn’t answer the phone at the front desk. There was a giant bug in the bathroom. They charged me for two days separately and then my debt card was charged for other things because they stole my debt card number.

Absolutely Nothing

We went for our 1 & 3 year old to swim. Their pool is closed for renovations (apparently it has been closed for months now) The lady at the front desk had NO IDEA what she was doing. And now the hotel and booking refuse to refund our money even though we did NOT end up staying! (We never even got a room key and had to go to a different hotel!)

the pool was out of service and that was the reason we pick the hotel so my kids were very disappointed. is the second time this happened when we book and think hotels should update their description and remove pool from it. not fair to find out when you are checking in

it was dirty & run down room 207 was a nightmare there were red ink stains all over the carpet, the door lock Henge was broken at the top, there was a open hole around the shower head this was not a comfortable stay I didn't feel safe and I also did not sleep

the staff that served the morning continental breakfast was super helpful and friendly.

no weekend cleaning service available, no extra towels, loud guest that allowed children to roam halls late at night.

Rooms were clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was OK. Included waffles, bagels, and boiled eggs. Stale cheerios. No yogurt, jelly or fruit. Elevator made concerning noises.

The room was spacious and overlooked the small lake in the back. Nice to have a fridge and microwave.

Very old, and poorly kept building. Hallways had chunks taken out of some of the walls, marks all over the walls, floor in elevator looked dirty, cleaning staff did not speak any english which made it very tough to communicate. In my room, there was tape over a large crack in the bathroom doorframe, food was left under my bed from a prior stay, one of the casters was missing on my work desk. Needs a major cleaning and considerable upgrading.
