Quiet and the beds were comfy! During checkout the young lady who i remembered from my last visit in 2021 accommodated me for the misunderstanding with my pet. She was really nice and professional.

New staff needs better training on company policies, Including the pet policy.

The hotel was very clean. The fitness center offered quite a bit of machines and weights. The free laundromat area was a great offer to the hotel stay. The back patio was very enjoyable with gas grills for guest to use.

Would like to see a continental breakfast area for the guest although the complimentary coffee bar was nice. A little store in the lobby had great options.

the facilities smell terrible, my room had a very dirty shower, knowing that was in that condition the hotel rented to me, I would not use that shower , and when I complained about it , they give me 5 dollars worth of snacks, while charging me full price for the hotel, I came to Houston for a family emergency, and I was in no mood to ask no body to do THEI R JOB in maintaining the facilities, the elevators did not work, and on the second floor there was an odor that stunk to high heaven. I use a I HG hotel because I trust the brand, but not anymore, I will let know to all my family and at my work, how disgusting your facilities were, and your price per room does not match your service,

The check in sraff and weekend staff provlated different late check out times. One ststed 2pm and the other stated 1pm for the IGH perk.

Great staff and facility!

My reservation stated breakfast was included but no where to be found in the morning (7:30am). The shampoo and conditioner refillable bottles had pubic hair on them from previous tenants.

The staff and the room was was excellent.
