We had a late check-in and it went very well. Breakfast was very good and the lady was very nice to visit with and helpful with directions as to where we were headed that day.

I reserved a hotel room for two nights starting last Friday and Saturday night for my grandson and daughter-in-law. I reserved it with my credit card with the guest name of my grandson Scott Olmsted. They were coming up from Indiana today to celebrate their one-year anniversary here in East Lansing with me. The day before coming up they got off work, they were involved in a car accident due to hitting a deer that ran in front of them. Their car has been totaled out. I would’ve contacted the same, but my priority was making sure that they were okay and everything was taken care of. I emailed Booking.com to know if there’s a possibility of canceling the reservation even if that means I have to pay some type of small amount of fee for the cancellation. I realize how I reserved the hotel room I waive the ability to do that but due to the circumstances, I wanted to reach out and see if that was even a possibility. Booking.com reached out to Holiday Inn and didn’t hear anything back. The had me email Holiday Inn which I did three times and never heard anything back. I am very disappointed in the customer service, or lack of from Holiday Inn, and would not recommend them due to this 

Told Hot Tub was working by female on phone. YOU DON'T HAVE A HOT TUB AT THIS LOCATION.

Very close to restaurants and the softball complex my daughter was playing at. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly.

I really loved this hotel modern looking comfy great location next to Eastwood mall . Tanger shopping outlet 30 min away lots of different food in area. food is 5 min walking distance pool was warm breakfast was delicious lots of options and hot food very impressed internet and tv work great very nice room had a cute reading corner

the only thing missing was a hot tub
