The location was good for my needs. The Staff (Marc) was excellent. I felt like he cared about the facility and the guests.

Housekeeping was only once a week. With COVID there is supposed to be EXTRA cleaning. It seems that with COVID there is less cleaning than previously! Most surfaces were sticky, to include the floors. Probably due to the cleaning products but might be from lack of cleaning.

The rooms were large and clean. The front desk service was great.

Wish it had a pool. Neighborhood was questionable but the hotel was amazing.

The young man Jesse and other staff members were wonderful. He made everything run so smoothly for our stay. He made it very memorable.

The fact that the cleaning staff only comes I. after seven days was a little long. It would have been nice if it was maybe 4-5 days instead.

Location to Ft Lee base and plenty of parking and shops close, Denny-s - Starbucks... Ruby Tuesdays close to walk or drive. Hotel is basic but has a panty for basic items.. drinks...free coffee and laundry free also- soap available for a buck.smai Shower is good and kitchen area... all ok and fine.

Fridge was a big loud at night and the walls are thin so you can hear at times halls and rooms next door. Only clean rooms a couple times a week, but you can ask for towels and items as needed at the front desk.
