Facilities were very clean and the staff was exceptional

We booked a king room with pullout, when we arrived there was no pullout couch therefore they had to switch our room. thankfully it was available with it being sold out. There also wasn't any linens in the room for our pullout

The amount of money spent for a one night stay people should be offered a continental breakfast of some kind.

No microwave in rooms, breakfast is too pricey for what they served. Requested early check in at 3 when we arrived at 3:45 our room still wasn't ready.

toilet did not flush well… maintenance continued to bother us to hang a bar in the bathroom.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property, and we were pleasantly impressed with its staff and its comfort and cleanliness.

When we arrived the desk clerk was very helpful in explaining local availability for restaurants and shopping. Our room was clean and did not smell of any smoke. The bathroom was extremely large which gave lots of room for two people getting ready in the morning. Breakfast was prepared and served by Shannez. Her morning demeanor was so friendly she immediately put a smile on our faces. She checked in on us at least four times and spent time talking to us about the hotel. What a pleasure having a breakfast server with such a positive attitude. Having the Kerurig coffee maker in our room allowed us the time to linger in our room a little longer in the morning. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.
