All the staff were thoughtful, cheerful and polite. The room was perfectly clean. The bathroom was so spotless and well-lit you could do surgery in there! The water for the tub was piping hot as soon as I turned the handle. I loved having the magnifying mirror as well. There was an abundance of BIG, fluffy towels!

I would have liked an extra blanket in the room. There was an extra pillow, though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The restaurant food was very very good. The service was also excellent.

The mattress in room 507 needs to be replaced. In my opinion.

Restaurant customer service - server was not pleasant or attentive to serving us and computer device we were instructed to use to find a local restaurant was not helpful we were only directed to the hotel restaurant.

A beautiful property with amazingly comfortable rooms. On-site restaurant very good. Took advantage of on-site spa services and extremely satisfied.

That the car service wasn't available due to not having the staff to provide the service. Understandable considering what's going on in the economy.

The Carnegie has an early twentieth century look and feel. “ The Great Gatsby” would have enjoyed his stay as much as we did.

Room service while on time and friendly, left off key condiments for breakfast, butter, salt/pepper, ketchup, jelly. To the front desk credit they did retrieve the items for me but it cost me a trip to the front desk which kinda defeats the purpose of room service :-)

The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, a large bathroom, and a great layout in design. I was with two friends and we did not feel like we were cramped at any point in our trip.

There was honestly nothing that I did not like and look forward to staying with you again in the future. The only thing I wish I would have planned ahead and booked a spa appointment. That will be on the next visit for sure!
