I’m here to complain that our beds had bed bugs. Call down to front desk to complain and come see what wee where calling for in the wee hour of the morning. The person at the front desk told us that she is the only person there, if we come down to the desk she could get us another room. Could you sleep in hotel that has a bed bug problem? Plus I was charge for two day 345.90 the day we check in. How soon is my fund back to me.. photos from Candlewood Suites in Joplin Missouri, 3512 south Rangeline. 64804. Folio No. 118476: Membership No. PC. 240408747. I’m sorry but family and friends will not be subject to that kind of experience.

it’s clustered in/behind with several other hotels and was not easy to see - we had a trailer so a little more to manage. Also booked early and the price dropped ~$30+ after charged for the room - one week prior to the stay. That’s frustrating - most of us are on a budget.

The bed was too high! We had a handicap room and we had to ask for a stool so I could get into bed. I am 5’ 3. Someone in a wheelchair would have an even more difficult time. I asked when I made the reservation if the bed was lower and they said it was a handicap room so it would probably be lower. I have this problem at most places. I can’t understand why places don’t realize this is a problem and automatically put lower beds in these rooms. Otherwise everything was really nice.

my wife accidentally booked the rooms on Booking.com and called right away and explained the situation. the lady she talked to that nigh told her that as soon as she hear from Booking.com it wouldn’t be a problem….. never was refunded the money. I guess Candlewood needed the money worse that’s we did. we will never book another IHG hotel / motel.

I didn’t like that we were placed right next to people when the check in lady stated we were the only ones who checked in that day. She was very friendly, just wished we were placed better.
