Close to the interstate and restaurant.

No coffee in room and at breakfast. Room smelled musty.

Stool over flooded and woke me up out of my sleep. There were roaches I seen 4. And left to go next door to candlewood suites.

Didn't like anything! Terrible experience. Never seen roaches roaming freely before

The room smelled stale and the mattress was crushed on one side.

I do not eat pancakes or waffles at the locations that have unmanned breakfast rooms. I do not know what has been added to the batter. The sweet rolls were outdated. there was no juice and no lids for the coffee cups. The bed was hard, and the mattress cover was dirty. The only evidence that maid service was there was the bed was straightened and there was thick layer of furniture polish on top of the cup rings. My partner was there one night, and I joined him the second night, but we had to pay for 2 persons for 2 nights on the web site otherwise we had extra fees and a room change. The air fresheners were strong and overwhelming as you walked in the lobby.

Window was not locked. The back door was not secured and the people in the room above us were either using a hammer, bowling, or jumping up and down intentionally to annoy other patrons. We got very little sleep

Absolutely nothing. The clerk at the desk was nice enough but seemed annoyed when I said we wanted a refund and were leaving for all the disgusting mold and hair everywhere.

The room was covered in mold. The bed skirt, the ceiling, the bathroom, the ac, all of it was just horrible with mold and one of the beds was covered in dog hair or something and the blankets were all wrinkled. Clearly had not been cleaned. The room also had a horrible smell. When I went down and asked for a refund because we were leaving due to all the above reasons, instead of saying “absolutely I’m so sorry.” The desk guy said “can we offer u a different room? I will need to call the manager to see if it’s ok that we refund u.”

I liked the accommodations in the room and thought it would be relaxing. It was nice till my 6th day.

On my 6th day after I told them I would be staying a week they kicked me out of room with pet and rushed me. They did not inform me of the mistake THEY made on my room till 1pm October 13 2022. I had to leave work they would not wait till wife came back to pay them. I missed work and money. I had to go to the worst motel in town that is not close to work. I make my money by the day. I was able to do this trip due to my bonus. They cost me that bonus for November. I am unhappy. They took $80.00 from me cause the clerk that night told my wife and myself that the room was paid for a week. I checked on the 7th of October and told them I was there for week. I signed a receipt reflecting that I feel that I was discriminated becsuse of my color and I am a senior citizen. I will contact my bank about the charge. Thank you- Robert Allen Cox.

room was beautiful and clean. back parking lot was a trash park. the neighbors were horrible starting at 3 am upstairs. the next door neighbors left at 6 am and knocked into our door. the location is very hard to get to, no direct access,
