Location was great. This hotel was nicer out of the other options.

Bathroom in our room had mold, beds were hard as a rock, room had a weird smell. Not many options on breakfast.

Property is good, but outside at parking lot a group of 5 guys stay around my car and drink alcohol around the morning.

On Sunday morning at 9:30 AM, a worker from house keeping try to come inside my room to clean.

The beds and pillows was great.

It has a strange smell like maybe the carpets was just shampooed and wasn't dryer long enough.

My room was near the exit door for easy access

the price was extremely high not to a 5 star hotel

this hotel is so dirty and the smell was unbearable. I had to buy a candle and odor eating spray. the bathroom was mold filled and the towels (which were folded and hanging nicely) looked clean until you took one and noticed the dirty hand marks and make up stain on them. I called to get fresh towels. neither the front desk or maid didn’t apologize or make excuses. their reaction told me they were not surprised and seemed annoyed by my request for clean towels… I was traveling with family who experienced the same thing in fact they cut their stay short. unfortunately there was no other choice in the area. if you are driving and just passing through it’s worth driving right pass live oak….. I travel often and this is the 1st negative review I have written!!!!

Bad bad smell beds to high lied about having a hot tub

Fire alarm battery was low and started beeping at 6 in the morning and couldn’t change the channel on the remote until we got detailed instructions from the desk in the morning.
