Toast with avocado ,eggs and salad

All I had in the restaurant was pretty good,also the people that work in the restaurant very nice

Extremely friendly staff. Very large spacious room with the added touches of the fridge and coffee area being really nice. Loads of power points for charging devices. Reasonably nice area and so close to the subway.

It is a little dated. Has no room service at all. The tv stations were hit and miss and don’t have most of the good major stations. It can be a little noisy with the busy intersection and rumbling of the subway at night. The air conditioning is loud also. Rooms are only cleaned every second day and even that happened after 3 days when I asked.

Room was quite dark. Only one bedside lamp fir 2 people no black out curtains on window so light shine in. Would’ve been nice to have proper glasses fir water and mugs for coffee rather than paper cups.

Hotel is a perfect location for us - train station just outside the building, shopping area very near (SOHO, broadway), and restaurants like in Little Italy are just few minutes away. For kids - Mcdonalds and KFC are just nearby. Reception Staff (night and day roster) are very accomodating and friendly - they even upgraded us to double room so us to continue with our current room. They also have complimentary breakfast and staff assigned werr very happy serving the food.

Reception area is small, but is ok.

What I really liked was how helpful the staff was. When we asked for more towels they brought them. When we asked about restaurants nearby they were more than glad to help.

I would have liked eggs or breakfast sausage or bacon for breakfast.

We liked the location, just nearby metro station; the friendly staff; the room and the complimentary cleaning service; the grab n’go breakfast at the reception; the fresh water always present at the entrance of the building. Hilton is a guarantee.

We didn’t have the possibility to manage the air conditioning in our room.

This hotel is in a convenient location. Very close to subway leading to downtown and to JFK airport. The room was comfortable for our family of four. Reasonably priced for NYC.

Great location - close to a lot of great restaurants and bars!

Despite requesting our room be cleaned, it wasn’t, and then when we requested extra linens they never came. The beds and pillows were also not super comfortable.

Great location close in walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Place was clean friendly staff and price was good for the area. I recommend this place for sure

Only thing I didn't like is the congestion of traffic on that section of the city. I arrived around 1pm and took me almost 1 ½ hours to get to a parking garage but once I was in I walked and took the train everywhere so it all worked out. That's the city life tho so it is what it is but their fault.

I the staff was really friendly and I like the fact after 8pm the front door lobby was locked.

After a very stressful day it was wonderful to encounter the friendly young people at the evening service desk when we checked in around 7pm on April 5, 2023. Samantha was very kind and helpful on the phone with helping understand some extra charges we received after we left.
