Bien ubicado en zona tranquila, cerca del metro, café y agua gratis en cantidades ilimitadas se aprecia mucho. El personal es atento. Buena relación precio-calidad.

¡Estupendo! La verdad es que elegir Soho 54 fue un acierto. La zona es estupenda. La habitación amplia y limpia, con todo lo necesario. Todos los días nos hacían la habitación dejándola perfecta. La cama era muy grande y cómoda. Vistas desde la habitación a la ciudad. Todo el personal era muy agradable. Café y agua las 24h. Terraza en la última planta del hotel. Sin duda, si volvemos a NY, volveremos a este hotel. Habíamos leído alguna reseña mala y la verdad, una vez vivida nuestra experiencia, no las entendemos. ¡100% recomendable!

La ubicación es excelente. El agua y el café infinito, lo que se agradece. La limpieza de las piezas impecable, el personal de aseo muy amable y acogedor. Siempre tuvimos la pieza muy ordenada con nuevos productos (jabón, shampoo, papel, toallas). Queda en el barrio soho lo que te permite acceder a excelentes cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas, y a 10 minutos de todo inclusive brooklyn, excelente ubicación.

Quizás el personal que te recibe no es el más simpático, pero tampoco es que sean pesados, si los necesitas te atenderán perfectamente.

Location was fine, easy to get to.

It’s a very unupdated building; there were cigarette smells in the hallway. The room was dark and damp (the carpets felt physically damp). There was also zero water pressure; the shower was set to a drip no matter which shower head setting it was on, and regardless of how much I cranked the tap. After a long day a shower was barely possible. Staff was friendly but overall wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great convenient location. The view from the 12th floor was great and the bed was very confortable.

The 2nd floor room I got on the first night of my stay was far from great. Dirty, loud (the washing machines were on the same floor maybe?), dark and no view at all.

The hotel location was great! Close to the metro, bus station, and local cafes and restaurants. The room was nice and clean.

Marijuana smell. The day we arrived, it smelled really bad in the elevator and on our floor, even though smoking is prohibited in the hotel. During the other days of staying everything was smooth.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. We did appreciate their attention to detail and cleanliness.

Staff were very friendly! The location is by far the highlight, it's a very nice neighbourhood, super close to basically everything but just far enough that it's not super loud. Room was nice and clean.

good location and staff were lovely - the bed was comfortable and clean/ nice clean towels and plenty of bath products/ coffee downstairs was useful . wifi useful but not ok for iphone ? we asked for a late check out which was helpful

no view. no hot water . carpets worn out and felt unclean. curtains tatty. wall socket broken but fixed when I asked reception . coffee machine not obvious. dark in the room . wifi difficult to use for iphone reception staff were helpful on this

Great location!

Don't let their website fool you into thinking that this is some modern oasis. "At the crossroads of elegance + edge" with an outdated room that looks straight out of the 20th century. Room wasn't clean and also had no refrigerator. Had to go to the basement to get ice because there was no ice on any other floor. Paper thin walls so you could hear everything going on in the hallway/other rooms. Extremely unpleasant smell in room during my stay that lasted a long time. I barely spent any time at the hotel during the two days and I still wouldn't recommend. I would however recommend them gutting the whole place and starting over. WAY too expensive for what you get!

The room was spacious and accommodating. This is also a great location if you want to be near shops and cute little restaurants.

The pillows were not good. They felt like pillows that had been used for the last decade and never replaced. This was very minor, but walls were a little thin.

I booked this hotel for work and when I made the reservation I made it clear I would need an invoice and I provided data I would need on the invoice. Not only the hotel made it very hard to receive any receipt, in the end they did not release the invoice with my data which basically means I do not have the right document and denied me this option. I was communicating with the hotel back and forth, no results. I am dissaponted and would not recommend this hotel for any business travelers.

The place is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. not how it looks in the pictures, the room was extremely dirty not how it showed in pictures. the carpet was ripped and extremely dirty, curtains had a lot of stains and also ripped, walls were dirty, bathroom was also dirty.

the rooms didn’t look like the photos shown on the listing, I thought they looked very old fashioned to be honest and for the price I paid for the room I was surprised. also I thought the staff in reception was very rude, they seemed like they didn’t want to be there and if I asked them for something it was met by a short answer followed by a sigh and a dirty look.

The elevators were almost always busy... Had to walk 5 floors multiple times. The hotel didn't have any emergency medical supplies.. Not even a band aid at hand. Gym floors were extremely dusty and had to tell them 1 day in advance if you need to get the room cleaned.
