The lobby was nice and the staff was helpful and friendly. They offered breakfast in the morning. The fridge in the room was clean. There was a kitchenette. Located close to shopping, food, and the highway. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

The room smelled like pet urine. the carpet reeked of dog urine and we were unable to switch rooms because the place was full. couldn’t cancel without having to pay for it. The night manager brought Lysol to the room and we went to the nearest gas station to get cleaning supplies. We also had to brew coffee to help with the odor. There was dust collecting in the vents and the towels had stains on them. The room was also very warm with the fan and ac on. There was red juice on the lamps above the table and the cords to the lamps looked like they had been chewed.

Breakfast was very good and tasty. Cleanliness was fair. Signage in hallways was very poor. Where were the elevators? Just had to keep walking to find them. Some furniture in the room was shabby/torn fabric. Bed was very comfortable. Location was fine. Would I recommend this hotel. No, not until updated!
