You can’t get into the lobby without a key card

Front desk was accommodating when we said we wanted to leave.

Deferred maintenance was obvious. It seemed strange from the beginning when the lobby door was locked that maybe the location was not in a safe neighborhood. We got put in an accessible room and the rod for clothes was in the bathroom by the toilet which is gross. The living room had paint peeling off the ceiling and holes in the walls. Within the hotel other signs of neglect were lights missing in the elevator. The gym was oddly connected to an open laundry room. Weights were missing & equipment was broken. We were on our anniversary & there was no way I could have made it through a night so we went back to the front desk & told them we wanted to cancel. The person working was nice enough to let us check out without incurring any charges.

Happy hour complimentary wine and beer was nice. Beds were extremely comfortable! Room was ready on time.

Bathroom downstairs was clogged. Other than this small inconvenience everything was well.

Rooms were nice and updated and the staff was excellent.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and exercise facility.

We weren't informed that the pool had been out of service for approximately a month until check-in. Kids were looking forward to this on summer break.

Staff member that checked is in was verry rude. We were not notified about the pool closure until just a couple of days before we were scheduled to arrive, making it impossible to get another hotel in such a short notice. Great scam by the way. Our keys would not open the doors to the lobby, so we were constantly waiting outside for someone to open the doors for us.

I got there around 3pm. They had no handicap rooms. It was my wife's birthday and we were coming to enjoy the Hot Tub and Pool which was under construction. The hotel staff was rude and just told me cancel my stay and find another hotel. Booking.com wasn't any help either! Told me they would handle the situation and get back with me. I ask if I should find another hotel, he told me to wait. That he would be contacting on what to do next. I didn't wait, I found another hotel.

Location. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Didn't like the breakfast. No meat option.

The beds were extremely comfortable along with the linens and pillows. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was very good.

Room service didn’t clean, we were skipped and had to ask for new towels all 3 days.

I should have stay here my entire time in the area.

My family and i loved everything about the hotel and our accommodations. We especially loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

I had asked for two queen beds for my room and my request had been approved online however when checking in i was given a king bed only. This made our stay very uncomfortable since there was four of us crammed into the bed. Also, the pool kept running out of towels.
