Easy check in and out. Staff was friendly and the beds were very comfortable.

The cocktail hour was fine but the food on our date wasn't the best. The breakfast however was great!

Great location, facility was exceptionally clean. I called for an early check in and even though they were completely booked the night b4 someone called me when a room was available. Breakfast selection was very nice.

room was little tight limited drawer space the fridge, microwave and compact coffee maker were in awkward spot bathroom didn’t have working vent , toilet had a wiggle about it and spout for tub wasn’t seated properly like it should have been door to the room had a pretty good gap down the latch side , didn’t need a night light because light from hallway shining through, lol

the elevators are a little small and one button operates both—not a deal breaker, but be willing to take the stairs during a busy time…there was a wedding party and concert goers here at the same time so the issue was evident.

Charged twice for stay. Clerk at the desk didn’t know why it would’ve been billed me twice when she only saw me listed for one booking.

I found over 7 bugs in my room. I told the lady behind the counter and they said that’s normal . nothing they can do

Room was much larger than expected. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Safe area. No noise. Lots of parking.

Rebecca the night attendant was great she was very helpful. She went out of her way to accommodate us after we discovered the room was loaded with ladybugs. We were booked for 2 nights.

On 12/25 yes Christmas night we returned only to find our stay was cancelled. We went to the front desk and ran into a different person at the desk, we were told that Rebecca had no authority to do what she did. Things changed when we showed our original booking conformation receipt. In my opinion Rebecca should be thought about when a management position opens up. She had no idea that I was a business owner that deals with over a 100 clients. Her customer service skills is what made me take notice .
