Great hotel, great room, friendly staff!
The only minor issue was the elevators broke one day and we had to take the employee elevators twice but it was fixed quickly and we were back to using the normal elevators. The staff was very nice about helping.

The place was amazing. The staff was great. Ashley and Breanita took such great care and service. They made me feel like a queen. This was the best birthday trip. The elite room update was amazing. The cleaning staff was on top of everything. The staff in the lounge area was so caring. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was great

The restaurant closed to early. The arcade room was a little high price for kids

Ease of check in and proximity to the casino
That there were no options to eat anywhere after 9 pm on a Thursday evening. We didn’t get in until then and ended up having to order door dash for an exuberant amount of money.

We are in 639 room number the bed was so bad window side bed frame is not even mattress are so irritated you guys have to learn from Indian hotel like in New Delhi Hotel Askoka, Oberoi and Taj in Mumbai if you check these hotels outfit then you can find your mistake easily your bed carpet bathroom fittings reception swimming pools we believe we make a big mistake to choose your hotel to spend my vacation in your hotel I never be preferred next time and don’t recommend your hotel to anyone

We did not stay here as we did not like the location or the look of the place. We stayed at the Seneca Falls Hotel instead. Not very happy that we were charged and couldn't cancel.

Most of the staff were friendly.
The plumbing was terrible. The toilet and sink seemed like they were going to clog every night. Also I think the concierge level wasn't worth the price.

Hot water takes about 5 minutes to get to full strength in shower.
