Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w zasadzie w samym centrum Manhattanu. Pokój był ok, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona i wszystko dobrze działało. Nie było żadnych problemów.

Pokój dość ciemny i ręczniki słabo schły-słaba wentylacja. Pokój za chwilę będzie wymagał odświeżenia.

Muy buena ubicación, personal amable en recepción. La cocina está muy bien pero hay pocos utensilios y no hay nada para limpieza de vajilla.

No funcionaba la calefacción, y limpieza de habitación sólo una vez por semana.

Staff was wonderful, had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and room very clean.

I booked a 9 day stay which cost over 2250 dollars. I chose it for the fact it had a kitchenette. The only thing I liked about the room was the materace very comfortable, free washing machines and the location. Although there are so many hotels round much better and cheaper. I also suggest choosing some hotel closer round the 9th street which is cleaner nicer and quieter.

Now, when I came in the room seemed not to be cleaned. I bought Clorox and did the room. You should have seen the floor in the kitchen. The carpet had not been vacuumed properly, there were remains of food crumbs round the sink. As I was staying longer I could do the cleaning but do you really want it. I asked at the reception to vacuum the room- they offer cleaning after a week of your stay. They do change the towels if you asked. I precisely said after a week I want sheets, towels and vacuuming ! After I came in The evening after a long day of work, everything done except the vacuuming! So I asked. Again the next day I come to find my bed done again and no vacuuming after the third day I gave up. But the smell in the room was not nice like old sweaty shoes and when the AC used a bit of a mold so I preferred to have window a bit open to air it all day and night even with minor noice from outside. Since the. I have changed the hotel in NY twice as this is a lengthy stay and I wish I chose this particular one as I though I would save some money cooking some meals and preparing my lunch and breakfast it totally was not worth it.
