Good location

Staff can be friendlier and attentive. My booking said breakfast included, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. When I took my family to eat, they said only two people are included! Each additional person is 17$! I wouldn’t have booked the hotel if there was transparency and I would’ve known this. I had 3 kids with me. I emailed property, Booking.com, and asked front desk to no avail. I would not recommend this property. There are others in the area that clean, nice for a similar price. Pool was filthy dirty. My kids feet were black from the carpet in the room.

This hotel was one of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed in. From the check-in where front desk employee acted like my arrival was a great imposition on his time, parking system was not well communicated and then there was the property itself - very dated and worn. From sorry looking carpets and room furniture, to room door that you had to use significant force to open, barely functioning loud A/C, toilet that barely flushed and a cockroach in the room as a bonus. Stay away from this one!

It was old not updated, elevator was horrible, bathroom in room was dirty , tv was small and barely had channels. Couldn’t watch Netflix or any other streaming service on them, ceiling tiles in hallway missing, water wouldn’t get hot. Just overall a horrible experience from a crowne pass hotel.

hotel correct et calme, mais assez ancien, pas de double vitrage donc condensation en hiver, pas de micro onde. Le reste est tres bien...

The location for what we were doing in Dallas was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay and very welcoming

The property itself is a little run down and could do with a facelift.

the ice machines did not work. You had to go the resturant or bar ro get ice or let an employee help you on a floor with ice. The phones did not work in the room. Neighbors were up all night screaming. Hotel staff said I had canceled my room upon arrival. I explained that I had not. Staff did not explain things well.

Great location and good price point. Room was nice, bed comfortable.

The location was great. The staff member that checked us in and out was very friendly. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable.

Great location with walkable access to the 6th floor kennedy museum and also jfk memorial A number of tours meet at the jfk memorial so that was great Right next to the city tramway and bus terminal and also the Dallas aquarium Also a short walk to pubs and bars Takes about 15 minutes to walk to the American Airlines centre Breakfast included was sufficient and included hot and cold breakfast options

No in room safe so we had to use a sage deposit box behind reception

I did not stay at this hotel from the 26th to the 29th. You have charged me twice. This is unacceptable. I stayed 27th to 29th for 2 nights and was charged 428 pounds. This cannot be charged

Breakfast was good, staff was nice and friendly but clearly needed more help at check in time to get everyone checked in and into their rooms

The elevator kept stopping at the wrong floor, or going back down halfway in the trip up to our floor. The pool was disgusting. Algae all over the sides, broken plaster everywhere, no towels, chairs were broken or missing cushions, the cushions that were there were disgusting with stains and burn holes everywhere. The parking garage smelled like pee and had overflowing trash everywhere. We stood in line for almost an hour waiting to be checked in, the line was going to the lobby entrance. Honestly not impressed for the price that was paid.

Front desk staff was excellent. I do not remember her name but we called her Hollywood. Clean and comfortable rooms.

It was close to the venew. And the room was ok, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Didn't know we had to pay for parking, the room was farley clean the bath looked good but the tub didn't drane, I asked for someone to look at it the first day and it still wasn't fixed apon checkout I let them know again. We stayed 3 days.
