the patio outside the pool had a lot of what looked like roaches. the pool area was really hot

The location was perfect for attending a concert at Toyota Music Factory and the hotel even offered a shuttle to the venue! The shuttle does stop running at 10pm so we got our own ride back to the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and had a great variety to include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and more. Sadly, no oatmeal but that was ok. The staff was top-notch all around. We were greeted warmly and they even text us after checking in to ensure our room was ok. I really appreciated that. The room was equipped with a keurig and refrigerator, no microwave. I liked that they offered all Dove bath products to include handwash and lotion. It was a nice change from the usual drying bath soaps found in other hotels.

The room had a musty smell when we entered, kind of like the bathroom ventilation wasn't working correctly to remove moisture. Also, the pool area could use some updating. Regardless, we still had a fantastic stay.

the property was very well kept and close to the location of the convention I was attending.

this is probably just me, unfortunately it never got cool enough in the room, it didn’t matter how low I set it. again, I like to sleep very cold and it was texas so.

The breakfast was not complimentary. It was $16 for the buffet, so we did not eat at the hotel. The room was clean and a good size for three people. The beds were comfortable. We were able to walk to the Toyota Music Pavilion from the hotel, so that was very convenient. It was only about a 15-minute walk. The area was nice, and we felt safe walking back at midnight.

I wish the breakfast would have been complimentary, but it was great other than that.

The spacious room

we chose it because of the location. we were in town for a concert at the Toyota Music Factory and this was super close. convenient location for us, friendly staff, sundries shop, bar, decent room.

they offer shuttle service but it ends at 10pm. bar doesn’t open until 5pm. looked like renovations on the ground floor, a bit messy. I’ve never been in a hotel room that was clean enough for me, and this was no exception, but it definitely could’ve been worse.

Loved the location. There's easy access to the interstate and is walking distance from a gas station & Starbucks. They also had the best breakfast I've had at a hotel other than the Embassy.

Nothing this time around here. Staff was bad and didn't even care about customers 😒 got check in gave keys and when back to watch tv.

Staff,room was dirty found dirty clothes found adult toys .next door party and have load sex .I have a 9 year old that could not sleep .first night report to front desk that night to move me rooms or do something but he didn't do anything. 2nd night the something thing next door was screaming and running around knocking on doors on the some floor .their was a guest next to them knocking on their door to tell stop and he was trying to sleep with his family. I call up front and no came to help .found roaches in restroom and refrigerator.

Customer service very poor. Accommodation very poor. Toilet not cleaned. It look like someone started to clean the toilet seat and left the cleaning product on it and left. The shower valve didn't work. Couldn't take a shower in the room. When I called the front desk, they told me they were busy at the registration desk. It's as if I was bothering them. Very disappointing.
