Location breakfast bar staff cleanliness

It said that the room had two TV’s???

Room was spacious and good location

Water pressure in shower was horrible, once toilet flush had to wait 5-10 minutes for it to flush again. Long black strands of someone else’s hair were all over the bathroom, and I had to constantly clean it up..One of my bath towel was very very dingy yellowed colored instead of white. Refrigerated didn’t work!!!!

Room was spacious. Breakfast had a great selection. Overall good hotel.

Room smelt like marijuana upon arrival.

Front Desk customer service, could've been better.

Lock broken on door but maintenance showed up right away to repair. Card key system not working due power outage issues the day before but had staff available to let you into your room. Staff were professional, kind and efficient.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was super friendly!

Breakfast could have been a little better. Weak coffee, very limited choices of foods. Put some brown sugar with the oatmeal toppings.

The staff was amazing. First Jennifer help with prepaying options. I was with elderly couple and when we arrived early Shamika( Hope her name is correct ) was all smiles and graciously allowed us to get first floor room next to each other. Lastly, ever single staff we came in contact with was warm and friendly. Noel I think he has keys to all the Rooms, the elderly couple was having trouble using their key card so he said no problem and let them him. He was always happy and courteous This experience will make us use this company in the future and definitely stay there again

Though it's near the interstate, I couldn't hear it. The room seemed well insulated against noise. Every staff member was awesome, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic. There were so many things to choose from (two egg dishes, hot cinnamon rolls, pancake maker, yogurt, corned beef hash, pork and turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy/not all in one morning but always good). Comfortable mattress, clean room. Awesome stay (second in 2 months at a Holiday Inn, and both were great. Highly recommend.
