The staff was very understanding when my flight kept getting cancelled.

Parking lot was well lit, it was available for the nights we needed

Dirty, people sleeping in the entry way, smelled funny, elevator was gross, no cart available, for check in or check out so we had to make numerous trips to third floor. cost too much for the upkeep that is being handled there. no stores or restaurants close.

Hand sanitizer readily available. Helpful friendly staff Perfect location.

The bathroom sink dripped and didn’t drain properly. The breakfast was too basic.

The mirror fell off the wall on its own & I still haven’t received my $100 deposit back after I reported the incident when it happened

I love the stay it was very much needed. And I love the jacuzzi and the pool.

the tv system… didn’t have a good selection of channels. somehow its programmed that you cant get to the menu or guide you just have to flip through the channels..

It was a nice hotel. There was work going on. But it was comfortable

Staff was rude. Also I was charged $100 for "incudentals'" that could not be explained

I loved almost everything about this hotel. I was impressed and so was my son who accompanied me. It was clean, comfortable and ALL of the staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast! It's been rather rough for us lately, so this was our "getaway" so to speak, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

I booked online, so I knew exactly what I would pay, however; when we got there to check in there was a $100 incident deposit fee, which was a shock for me. Thank God I had the money. I'm on a budget just like everyone else right now, and somehow I feel that should be in bold letters somewhere so you're prepared.

Damage in the room, for example, holes in the closet door and vandalism to the room door which is not secure anymore will open with Credit Card pushed into the latch.
