Good hotel. Welcoming staff

Bed was comfortable, clean bathroom

Lamps were dusty and in disrepair. Could not control heater/AC unit.

All employees were extremely nice, very helpful, outgoing to all guests. All employees went above and beyond for all guests.

There was nothing that I disliked about my stay.

The size of the suite.

Our door handle didn’t work. Looked like a doctors office instead of hotel lobby. Vents in hallways & room very dirty. Carpet in hallway dirty & stained. Needs some serious updates. Not worth what I paid. Luckily, we didn’t spend much time at hotel. Stayed at a Hyatt for same price and was much better with breakfast included. Would not recommend or stay at this chain again.

The Staff was nice

Disappointing for the price Very old worn ugly furniture The baseboard in the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I mean quite a bit of dust and more build up. The only toilet paper in our room was a half of a roll which obviously was from the last guest. I had to ask for a new roll of toilet paper. We were given 2 sets of towels for my Husband and I for a 4 day stay. We needed new towels and the office stated we needed to bring our dirty ones down to get new ones. No laundry bag, basket or even a trash bag to put the dirty towels in. No associate asked about our trash collecting in our room or needing any item. There was a dusty CD player on the bedside table. Yuk! The dish towels that were on the counter look liked rags.

The location was nice and the rooms were great

The room was comfortable and very clean. We liked the full-sized fridge, and if we were staying longer, would have definitely utilized the cooking facilities! Your staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One of our keys didn't work right away and they took care of it immediately. The next morning, the same key didn't work and they replaced it without any question.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay.
