I was skeptical at first because of its location. I was pleased by the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility from the lobby, hallways and my room.

The room was very accommodating, roomy and felt more like a home.

Facilities were very good. Claire, who checked me in, was a breath of fresh air at the end of a hard day. She was warm, engaging and very competent. She is special.

I absolutely loved that I reserved a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom too . We had my boyfriends 15 year old with us so privacy was super important. Breakfast was really good. Overall. Very nice, quiet hotel that I would recommend to anyone.

It was very comfortable and good value for money.

A few more items in the breakfast could add a greater variety to it.

To have a full refrigerator as well as basic dishes was super helpful throughout the stay.

The pillows were not supportive and the pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable even for the kids.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND FAST SO WE COULD START OUR DAY VACATIONING

SMOKE ALARMS WENT OFF 2 DAYS IN A ROW IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT MAKING US GET DRESSED AND LEAVE OUR ROOM AT 130 IN THE MORNING FOR NOTHING. (SENSITIVE ALARM AS WE WERE TOLD) TVS HAD TO BE UNPLUGGED AND REPLUGGED IN ORDER TO USE (STAFF ADVISED ME TO DO THIS) WHEN MOVING THE TV TO UNPLUG FOUND TV WAS STUCK TO THE COUNTER BY OLD FOOD, SOFA BED MATTRESS WAS FULL OF HAIR AND CRUMBS, UNDER THE COUCH WAS DIRTY

Convenience to where I was going to from the hotel.

The pool was not clean.
