The hotel was located in quite a convenient location. The gentleman that welcomed us at the desk was wonderful. Very kind and friendly. Though we didn’t use the gym, it was small but tidy with working equipment. The beds were clean (I stripped it completely to check it out before using it). We paid for the breakfast in the room cost but didn’t go to it for enjoying food elsewhere. Will not pay for that again. The housekeeper at check out (different person from the door barger) was very kind and helpful with suggestions of things to check before we left town.

The bathroom had a loud toilet with a running tank. We had to push the handle forcefully and pull the handle back up to make sure that it didn’t run all night long. The hallway had a terrible odor. It smelled musty, dank and like gas. On the first morning, one of the housekeepers just burst into the room without knocking. Thank goodness we had the latch on the door to keep them out. No apology was issued either. There is an odd, dripping stain on the wall near the thermostat. The pool was being cleaned so it was not available. The coffee pot was missing a piece or something because it could not make a proper cup due to the grounds clogging it.

The guy on duty the evening of the 15th was phenomenal! He was busting his tail to make sure all of the guests needs were met. Kuddos to him. Also, the maintenance staff appeared to be working to fix the pool temperature, remodel a room, etc. We hardly ever actually see hotel maintenance, so at least that let's us know they are responsive to issues.

The facilities were a bit dated. The carpet on our floor was nasty. Breakfast felt like a high school cafeteria, "Un uh! Where's your ticket?!" is not how I want to start my morning. The eggs were real, so that's a plus.

front desk person when checking in was slightly rude. no breakfast or coffee the next morning I asked the front desk person where breakfast was she said no breakfast that the cook didn’t show up. I asked for the manager to give me a call since she wasn’t there. still hadn’t received a call.

The property seemed to be undergoing a huge renovation…our room had a new shower and the staff was super nice!

This location was once an up and coming spot with an outlet mall nearby but it’s since closed so the area was rundown a bit but was near enough to other shopping and restaurant options.

Location to local Expo.

Room had odor of mold or mildew, or old smoke odor. Luke warm water in shower. AC did not work the full 24 hours. Checked out and canceled second night.

Staff was wonderful! The bed and pillows were excellent .my husband and I had a great night sleep.The bathroom was freshly redone .The location was perfect for our trip.

The building was a little old .we had kids jumping on the ceiling above us and we thought they were going to break the light fixtures, or fall thru.
