It was the worst LA Quinta we have ever stayed at. They rented rooms by the week.

We arrived and were demanded a $50 fee/deposit for any damages- no where on website nor the woman I spoke to on phone mentioned this. I do not mind fees but knowing ahead all that is needed -and the front desk gentleman treated us as if we were scum. Demanding the payment. Also while checking out found out $50 fee yakes 5 business days but removed it from my account immediately. We video taped entering the room and before we left to Make sure we had proof of no damage and get the fee back. If i had paid fee in cash -it would have returned immediately to me. Room was dirty under the beds and obviously not vacuumed in a long time. We are more hesitant to stay in a La Quinta ever again.

Room was not cleaned properly, looks like bare minimum was done to clean. $50 security deposit even if paying with a card

Location was good.

Room 121 needs to be cleaned a little more. The shower curtain needs to be washed or replaced. It was full of mildew stains. The toilet needed scrubbing on the inside. The property needs a serious update. If I hadn't had a reservation, I wouldn't have stayed.

The hotel although it was clean, it was a little bit tired and worn out. The parking lot was a disaster.

We were at the back end and we didn’t feel good about the surroundings

From 1am to 4am one of the tenants started yelling (f word and other cursing) at her pattern or whomever he was and threw him out. In the parking lot he would peelout loudly, leave and come back. The cursing would start over and the loud car activity would resume. NO SLEEP FOR US. The room has a thick, pile of dust over the inside of the door lentil. A condom wrapper by bed and headboard. Sometimes very sticky on nightstand, curtains rod holder on shower wall was broken, missing Hair dryer and iron.

Food ok. Just ok.

The bathroom was nasty, and the bed was hard and the room stunk like weed.

The continental breakfast had no meat and cold boiled eggs but it had cereal,packaged muffins,waffle maker,yogurt,bagels and cream cheese ,jelly and butter,milk and coffee...dont know how the juices from machine tastes

When we got to room,it felt damp in the air and smelled old ...water on the tile floor when we arrived so I got the water up,my daughter and I walked around with shoes on because even the carpet felt damp...we got there late around 11:00pm so all we wanted to do was sleep to catch our cruise the next morning....of course we checked for bed bugs b4 laying down....both mattresses had mold on them,the comforter that are on the beds are thin like the sheets, and an hour later the floor was wet again...no leaks anywhere just too much moisture in the air....we will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone either....and there was a smell of sewage coming from the locked room beside us where I tried to put my bag...we tried to sleep 6 hours then left....never stay here

Pool was awesome very beautiful

Breakfast could have been better.. a boiled egg an waffle. An the door hard to open.

The building is old, the room furniture was old, one lamp didn't even turn on. There was no body wash but one tinny shampoo bottle. The bathroom floor looked dirty along with the toilet bowl. In total the facility seemed filthy 😞

bathroom leaked water for no reason and air unit did not get cold at all the floors became so humid they were slippery almost broke my neck

The facility is well maintained and the courtyard with the pool is probably one of the nicest I've seen in the LaQuinta brand.

The front desk agent charged my card that I had on file with booking.com instead of waiting for us to present the card I actually wanted to pay with. Now my checking account has $5 in it because he said he was going to refund my card and charge my uncle's card but now it appears he charged both cards! Very lazy on his part and really put me in a bind financially.
