It was pretty basic. Had buffet . Ordering seemed a bit confusing with one person taking orders of many and same person delivering drinks.

More people working.

In a safe area, parking lot as well lit. Staff is very patient and accommodating and polite. The rooms and the facility is clean and well-maintained.

The lobby was bright and the staff was very kind and friendly. Especially whomever was on breakfast service on 4/20/24.

The room was spacious but a bit tired and there was mold in the shower. It looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned or polished up in a while. For the price, breakfast should be included.

Food was good. Stay was quiet. No loud people in the hallways during the night. Room was clean. Easy to get connected to the internet. Location was good.

I didn't like the way the food choices were presented to me. There was no menu to pick from. I ordered what she said was on the buffet and it was more food than I wanted. Then after I had this large plate of food, I hear some other guest say the French Toast was really good. Yes! The lady doing the food service didn't tell us there was FT. I order French Toast. She was pretty overwhelmed with work. (Easter weekend) Serving food, taking orders, bringing food out and checking people out. It overall slowed down the process of good service. Maybe people need to give there order to the chef. But the worse part was no menu! If I am going to pay $24 for a breakfast, I expect better service, and to say the least, I need a menu!

Beds are very comfortable, friendly staff

Trash cans outside were overflowing. There was a musty smell in the hallway and the carpets in the rooms are stained. We have stayed here many times in the past and this is not the same place. We even had to ask for clean towels as cleaning service never came to our room. The pool was closed for maintenance yet the gym was open. We chose this place because it had a pool since we were traveling with 2 boys who have a lot of energy to burn

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was lots of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was served after we had to leave

Everything was wonderful room was greats. The front end staff was very pleasant.

The associate lady at the breakfast bar was a little rude when we asked about how breakfast went she ha a attitude and told us to hurry up because we didn't have that long. And then asked us if we had the money to pay. When that happen we decided to go and eat elsewhere.
