Front desk staff just plain stupid. Asked to be close to elevator, she did that but elevator out of order, which the next day she told me she forgot. told us to drive around to back door to be close to our room.... no luggage carts there, so I had to walk alllll the way back to front desk and all the way back to get one. She claimed she did not know we needed a cart. we are elderly people who can barely walk. This girl just not qualified to work front desk anywhere. ALSO, came home to find 3 charges on my master card for our stay.

Great breakfast, clean hotel

Beds were hard and some pillow cases dirty. Fridge didn’t work.

The breakfast was good and the pool area was clean.

The location was convenient.

My sister is covered in bed bug bites from head to toe.

Great location, convenient to everything we needed. Staff was great, we got an upgrade ❣️
