The restaurant was very close to the airport and had a restaurant. The parking for the duration of our trip (2 weeks) was very convenient. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The early morning front desk manager was outstanding and corrected several mistakes made by the daytime staff. He was very positive and helpful.

The room was nice but not outstanding. The beds were very hard and not great to sleep on. The daytime staff person was very new and accidently billed for my room which was prepaid. They also did not put in the correct time for the wake up call I think a little additional training and experience will correct those problems.

Hotel and rooms were very clean. Rooms were very comfortable and relaxing. Showers have amazing water pressure.

Location, cleanness, space for extended family, amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff.

We were crunch in time, and website stated that breakfast was at 6:00am. It was a Saturday, so it was changed to 7:00am. We wait until opened ,but that push our schedule driving to New Jersey. Just update your website…people schedules are not always flexible. Further, we got there late and super tired after driving 14 hrs, and the sofa bed did not have sheets or extra towels in the room despite this reservation was made in advance with the number of adults and children on the group. When I called, I had to go downstairs to get the extra bedding,pillows, towels, etc…

My room , were the 1 floor, smell humidity.

The room is spacious. They provide a shuttle to the airport. The rooms have 2 TV.

There isn't any microwave in the room.

The whole customer service team. Deflection and lies. No accountability. At first,the location said they couldn't find the reservation at the hotel. So my wife was stressed out trying to work with the front desk clerk, Morad. He said he couldn't find the booking confirmation in his system. He said contact Booking.com support. I was still traveling but I did, and 24 hours later, someone is getting back to me to submit my paperwork.My wife had to book the room. Her card got charged twice and the incidental fee. And my card got charged for the booking.com reservation. In total, we paid for the hotel three times. Not cool. And the front desk people throw their hands up and say it's not them. Why did the booking.com reservation go thru, if they customer service guy at the counter said he couldn't find it. I am highly displeased with the professionalism with this Hotel. I see why it has 3 stars, I give it 0 Stars. The staff member came from the back, tucking in his shirt, shirt was wrinkled, fixing his tie. He wasn't helpful, he deflected as much as he could and had an oh well attitude. Worst experience ever in a hotel!!!!

The hot tub wasn’t working

This past Tuesday nite many flights from Richmond airport cancelled so there was a deluge of passengers in the hotel. The lounge restaurant did not have any servers. Only a bartender and chef in kitchen. The place had dirty glasses and dishes everywhere. I asked Aymen the manager to clean tables. He removed 1 glass. I then wrote our order on paper and asked him to give it to the bartender to enter. He never gave it to him. After 1 hour I went to the front desk and they said he went home and next manager comes in the morning. We got a burger after 3 hours. It was a mess and no one jumped in to clean the place.

I understand there was no servers but the manager should’ve jumped in.
