The room was clean for the most part and bed was very comfortable. The location was great.

I had no towels in my room called down to the front desk to request towels and he said he would bring them up. Waited an hour and a half with no service called back and he stated oh Im busy your gonna need to come down. When I ask why didnt you just say that when i called he hung up. I head down to the front to get my towels he is sitting there playing on his phone not busy at all. He gave me the towels I asked for an extra one I was given the 3rd degree for an extra towel !!!! He still didnt give it to me he gave me a floor towel and told me there where no washclothes. When I go to get in the shower there was a used washcloth hanging in the shower smh.

My room had roaches

There is nothing that I liked about the stay at this ROACH HOTEL. I barely slept and isn't sleep the reason you get a hotel?

When I booked my room online it said the room would be $71 but when I got there the desk clerk tried to charge me $173. He keep saying I had to pay that and if I just left they would charge my card anyhow. When I showed him my booking confirmation he decided he would give me the room for the $71. While in my room I had a COCKROACH crawling on the wall next to the headboard. I asked to use an iron to press a shirt and the iron cord was filthy and the iron plate had some residue that got on my shirt (possibly ruining it). When I brought up these issues (and showed the pictures I took of the cockroach, iron, and my shirt) to the desk clerk he acted liked these were things that happen normally there. There was supposed to be breakfast (I called when I made the booking and was told there was) but when I got there and asked about it, the desk clerk said they had started it back up after COVID but then shut it back down. I feel I should have gotten a cheaper rate since I paid for a hotel with breakfast and didn't get it.
