Tornado warnings were going off all night and there was no storm shelter. The guy at front desk told us to go to the bathroom. I thought there would be a better breakfast option.

The location was good for my needs and it was clean.

No breakfast, coffee wasn’t hot, rooms are dark.

No free breakfast as advertised. Beds uncomfortable. Indoor pool was freezing. Key stoped opening the door at 9am… Everything seemed run down and old.

1st room smoke detector was going off when we entered room, smelled really bad. Second room light switch upon entering did not turn on light, the room smelled. There were no attendants at the front desk or breakfast area when checking out after calling for someone multiple times. Will not recommend.

I didn't like anything about it.

The staff was not friendly there was a mattress that sat in lobby for 2 days and that makes me think there was bugs involved there was no breakfast like advertised I was there for 3 nights no one offered to clean my room and I was out of the room most of the time the hotel had an odor to it. The bed had a iron thing sticking out and I keep hitting my leg on it the room need a major upgrade.

The bed had fresh stains on the dust ruffle. Also, the pool was out of order. The entire reason we booked there. The website didn't warn of a pool closure.

Room was not ready upon arrival despite arriving long past promised check in ready time so I had to wait for it to be prepared; no toilet paper or towels in room; ceiling in lobby appears to be falling in; noisy; no coffee or breakfast. Overall a rundown place. Will not stay there again.

It stated that hot breakfast.wood be available but without notice of any kind, they only had sacked breakfast upon request.which.conisted of a bottle of water, Nutrigrain bar, blueberry muffin, banana and a honey oat granola bar. The room was slightly dirty. Had a dirty cup with old milk residue. Had a burn hole in the blanket.

this was the worst hotel experience of my life. Literally a rat trap!

we found old food in the fridge upon arrival, dirty old coffee grounds in the coffee maker, beer bottles in the trash can and a dirty shower. The front desk staff had to be woken up in the morning for help and the whole place smelled awful.

Have been staying at this location for a couple of years when we go to Norman. Second time in a row that the light in the bathroom over the sink was out? Last spring they had no one to replace it so I got a fluorescent lamp and did it myself. This visit they had someone available and it was replaced quickly, but then it burnt out again while we were at dinner. So we then had to pack up our belongings and move to another room the next morning. If issue would have been reported by cleaning staff it would have not been an issue.

There wasn"t any breakfast but the coffee was Great!!! The hotel was quiet and the rooms were very clean!! We really didn"t hear the traffic from all the restaurants in the room,

There wasn't really anything that we didnt like about the room or our stay!! I booked all our rooms at this hotel, Can't beat the price and easy access to 35,

Pool was out of service. This was not unknown until after checking in and bkf was a sack.

convenance to the highway.

we missed the property at first because it looked closed. construction is obviously going on. there is no signage so we went to the hotel in front of it. The entrance had unkept weed filled flower beds and trash around the front door. the lobby was dark and looked shut down. Once we got to our room, the bathroom light over the sink didn’t work and the desk chair had multiple stain. pretty gross. we were moved to a different room but the ac had not been on in there so it too awhile to cool.
