Clean friendly staff
No restaurant in the hotel as stated. And never seen the bar open. Breakfast was 4.99 but was nothing more than what most hotels offer complementary.

Front Desk staff was very helpful and energetic. The King Suite was a great size for our family to spread out. The lobby was a large, comfortable and welcoming to allow us to hang out as a group.

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind when we checked in and out this weekend, and they even had a little goodie bag for us upon check-in. Our room was clean and spacious and the AC worked well. We only spent one night on the property, so we didn't really explore, but the lobby was lovely and parking was easy - can't complain! They had complementary water and coffee downstairs, which was great after our long car ride into town, and there were snacks available for purchase (reasonable prices - 1.50 for a bag of chips).
Our toilet seat in the bathroom was kind of beaten up - just an aesthetic thing, it was clean, but you know. Probably would be an inexpensive piece to replace. I also missed a firmer pillow option - both were very squishy pillows... but we were so tired, it didn't matter.

The breakfast isn't included. The hotel bed was awful. The elevator had a huge puddle of water and when we told the front desk he said he knew and would eventually get it cleaned up. It was still there a hour later while he was sitting in a chair behind the desk.

It was clean. The breakfast was excellent. The waitress was friendly. The desk personnel at check in and check out were friendly and professional.
After check in, we wanted to relax for a few minutes with a cup of coffee and tea. The coffeemaker was broke. So. We went directly to the front desk. We were told maintenance would replace it in the morning. So I asked for a cup of coffee from the "pantry". We were told that's broken, too. The coffee maker was never replaced while we were there. We brought back to go cups, and enjoyed other people's hospitality. We just won't be back to this hotel. A broken coffee maker seems like a small thing but after a long trip a 10 minute break with something comforting is huge.

AC in bedroom was a bit noisy and the high levels of CO2 on my portable sensor were not great (regularly >1,500ppm) and there were no opening windows.

The pool was freezing cold and dirty and the hot tub was used for a planter. I was really looking forward to getting in the hot tub after the long drive.
