Rowdy and unsupervised teens in pool made it dangerous for small children ti enjoy

Not far from downtown ( 7-8 minute drive). Clean, spacious, beds were very comfortable, they even had soft and firm pillows on the beds to pick what you like. Breakfast was a nice hot breakfast, lots to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful

Convenient, clean. Nice breakfast! We were greeted with a smile and complementary bottled water. We enjoyed a microbrew beer on the house.

This is our favorite place to stay in the Portsmouth area. If you don't book early, it fills up!

Breakfast was amazing, having cookies/coffee upon arrival was also a great touch. Bathroom big and spacious.

The bed was not the most comfortable.

The hot tube was cold and the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty

Breakfast was tasty, well stocked and had a good variety. Loved the all day coffee! Room was clean and the refrigerator was a bonus for us. Even though there were ALOT of kids staying there it was fairly quiet.

Beds were saggy and the pillows flattened right out. Took a bit to figure out the thermostat. Kept trying to turn it down and it kept going back up. Once we figured it out it was ok.
