The price

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. The breakfast room was large and able to accommodate many people.

The body wash container was missing from the shower wall. Other than that, all was good.

Old tired room. Needs some bathroom attention. At 225 a night I expect perfection. At 120 a night for that room I would give a high score. At 230+ I feel it was not a good value/experience. We stay in a lot of hotels all over US at different price points. It was just ok, so no, not repeatable.

Bathroom disgusting because shower didn't drain properly so you stand in water while showering Shower rod not hung properly so curtain opens while you are showering.

Only a 5 minute to Portsmouth in an Uber

Screaming and unsupervised 9-11 year olds running through the corridors till late (there was some sort of soccer tournament happening)

In my booking notes I had requested a room in a quiet location of the hotel, but our room was very close to the elevator and there was a noisy vent fan close to the room which I believe was part of a laundry moving system between floors.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Explained that there was a shuttle to go downtown. Had a 24 hour beverage bar with cold and hot water, and coffee. Great variety for breakfast.

The sign coming from Portsmouth may have been out. Hard to find the driveway.

Close to downtown and room was very clean.

Room was very very small. Not as pictured on line. Did not expect it to be that tiny.

Staff were great, recommended an excellent Chinese, helpful and no issues

The staff was pleasant. Checking in and out was a breeze.

This hotel can be described as excessively average. There's nothing remarkable. The food was edible at breakfast, the room was comfortable enough...but there was the lingering smell of old cigarettes, lightbulbs were missing from the room lamp, and the bathroom was clean, but the repairs made there were obviously done on a budget. I don't know that we would choose to stay here again.

There was nothing in the hot containers. Only condiments next to them. The yogurt in the refrigerator was lukewarm. Also, hardly any oatmeal in crock. It was sticky and I had to scrape the bottom to get my bowl filled. Breakfast is served from 6 -9 on Mondays and I was there around 7:15 am. A bit disappointing. I basically decided to use this hotel over another due to free breakfast but will not make that mistake again.

Breakfast could be much better. The room could have curtains that actually closed. We clipped them together with hair clip. Otherwise only sheer curtain would close.
