parking was easy with hauling a trailer

I didn’t like the fact that breakfast was not included in the stay. $10 for a breakfast buffet is not necessary when you are getting $135-175 per night for a room. should be included. My opinion only of course. thanks

I loved how they had so much to offer, the location is perfect & the staff is absolutely amazing!

I didn’t like the check out time .. I feel it should be a little later.

The PAID FOR breakfast was cold and bland. Definitely not worth what was paid for it. The lack of pet fee information available until we got to check in. If I had known when I booked that it was going to be $25 PER DOG when I made the booking, it would have been better. Instead a got a piece of paper that said $25 pet fee that I signed and then got charged per dog. It was a last minute trip to Louisville and on a budget. Could have done without the surprise $60+ in fees at the end. The room we booked was more expensive as to include breakfast. And then we were charged $30 for breakfast. What a bunch of thieves.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great selection of food and beverage items. Very clean. Location was close to restaurants and a grocery store.

Check in was 3pm, but our room was not ready until 4:30pm. Upon entering our room we observed that it had not been vacuumed and there was hair all over the bathroom floor, tub and counter. I also wiped down the furniture surfaces because they were covered in hair and dust.

Staff hadn’t put in entire reservation and I almost had to pay for one of the two rooms I reserved a second time when I checked in.

Nice size room.

The AC didn't work but was repaired and also I asked for the room to be cleaned while we were out but it was not. When I called the front desk they didn't apologize but did bring clean towels.

They need to make the outside main entry more announced. There is a old main entry that is no longer in use.

the location is close to a lot of food in the area

there was a gap in the blackout curtains and there was a peeping Tom. it made the rest of the night uncomfortable
