Very accessible from the highway and clean facility.

Location was very comfortable

Elevator was working half the time

Facilities were outdated and had a musty smell. Furniture was scratched up and not well cared for.

Myself and my autistic child were wrenched from our room and made to wait like criminals in the waiting room because of a booking error. Manager was bigoted and only spoke to Caucasians and staff. They wouldn't let me pay another way and kicked us out on a light storm night! They caused an extreme panic attack break down in my child with autism! It was cruel and violent to treat us that way!!!

I didn't like the ableism, classism, and bigotry!

Spacious room. Large bathroom.

Room didn't appear to have been completely cleaned. Bamboo soap holder was in an odd place by the sink without a packaged bar of soap in it. There was a tube of shower gel but no soap to wash our hands.

Location

The room had rust in the bathroom. The ice machine in hall was not making ice and the one on the next floor was slushy. The water for my shower never got hot. When I asked a staff for help he said “don’t speak English” the manager never called back

Overall I was pleased with the hotel. Clean and decently comfortable.

I needed more pillows and waited in the lobby for 30min while also calling the front desk on my cell phone and no one was there. Wish I would have known that no one would be on staff overnight.

the location itself, The parking was the best

needs to be updated, especially the carpets if you going to allow pets. I don’t like hotels who allow owners to bring their animals especially large animals. This so not sanitize. the pool walls are falling apart and needs to be updated bad. You guys make enough money to put back into your business. cigarettes smells all bad the back B door when you walk in. ice water all on the floor by the ice machine for 3 days with a trash bag as well. We as society needs to do better when asking for others money. Our money is a value and that hotel value has dropped! tremendously! This needs to be fix before bed bugs, roaches and rats come. keep it clean and fresh! Thank you!
