There was no vending machine near the room, and I had to make a whole travel to the lobby to get some water

Location was good, Staff was friendly

No hot tube it was boarded off

There was no air conditioning in the room.

It contained no protein. No meat. Coffee was low quality

The toilet leaked water on the floor. We got nailed an extra $100 for security fee. Never had that before and it won't happen again. I will walk before I pay it. It means you do not trust me but I have to trust you???Idon't think so. The desk clerk indicated the place was corporately owned - thus decisions are made in the ivory palace and the poor desk clerk gets stuck enforcing stupid rules.

Loved the coffee machine. Night staff was very friendly

I offered to provide service dog paperwork apon check in but was told it was unnecessary. However two days later I was charged an excess fee of 112$ which was even more than the room cost.

Get better staff to run facilities not a bunch of cheap Indians that can speak and understand English

It was very clean I don’t know why it was rated disappointing. I thought it was great.

The location was great, stores, gas station, malls around and close to where we needed to be.

We checked in and wanted to charge us $15 for early checking of arriving an hour early. We proceeded to the room where only one room keys worked and the room was disgusting, only 3 pillows were on the bed and they were yellow, every touch surface was gross and had not been wiped down. The shower curtain have big holes in them. Hair all over and people have been shaving but no cleaning was done in the tub.The armrest of the sofa was black. There was pile of old dirty sheets in the closet. Then proceeded to check the pool and the water was foggy and we could barely see the bottom which we did not used as the water has not been cleaned for ages. The hotel is outdated and needs repair in every area. Thank God we stayed just for one night and in the morning went for breakfast and they barely had anything. No fruits, just some lukewarm gravy and small biscuit, muffins, cereal & coffee. Staff was nice but would not go above & beyond but does not look like there is anything anyway they can do as it all comes from upper management. At check out, they would say thank you & goodbye and try to get you off as they know you have so many things to complain about.
