Comfy bed, good location
Rude male front desk clerk who was wearing a busy/graphic short sleeve tee, covered in tattoos was rude and very unprofessional. He also ignored people waiting in line while female desk clerk was busy checking in others. Common public area floors were very dirty. Breakfast area and surrounding tables looked like an unkept storage area.

The breakfast provided in the morning was good, lots of options. My kids were happy about it. And, the staff was helpful, at least the morning shift.
Not only did they not have the king suite available that I booked and gave me the wrong room, but also the room was really dirty. There was dust on top of everything, and we found a molding baby bottle behind one of the beds along with pieces of someone’s jewelry on the floor. Pieces tiny enough for my baby or toddler put in their mouth! Thankfully, my year-old daughter found it first!

the pool wasn’t clean, the key reader by the pool didn’t read and the bathroom on the first floor was filthy.

The location was good. Close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast was good.
The guy who was over breakfast yelled twice at my friend. The first time was when he brought more sausages out and yelled "hot, hot" and wanted her to move out of the way. The second time was when we could not find the tongs for the cinnamon rolls, so my friend used the tongs for the biscuits. The guy yelled again "you can't use those tongs for that. You'll make somebody sick". He grabbed the tongs and switched them out in a rude manner. I can understand his reasoning but not his behavior. My friend is a health educator! It was strange that the guy was upset about the tongs, but not a guy who was riding a bike came in the building to fix his breakfast then went outside and sat on the ground next to his bike and ate.

bathroom light switch was popped off the wall upon arrival and light would not turn off all night. dirty bathroom, very poor attention to detail.
