The hotel, room and staff were very nice. The location was close enough to the Asheville attractions, but you definitely need to drive. Oure room was right by the pool, yet we were not bothered by the noise. The staff was friendly to our K9 companion.

Booking.com listed that there was a hot tub- the only reason I picked this hotel over one closer to downtown. When I arrived and found out that there was not one available, I was also told by the staff that they had let all of the online booking companies know that the hot tub was not working. When I contacted Booking.com to let them know, they let me know that they would ask the hotel for a refund. Of course, they refused. Booking.com should be giving me the refund. The front desk staff was nice enough to give me a couple of breakfast passes to make up for my disappointment. Turning left out of the hotel parking lot (the way you need to go to get to the interstate) is dangerous. There should be a way to go to a light instead.

The resteraunt was nice. The service was great and the food was very good . Great value.

Had to pay for breakfast that at most hotels is included. Way too expensive for what you get. Check in lady not very friendly but not rude either. No cleaning staff spoke English so hard to get extra towels.

The smell of chlorine from the pool near the lobby area . Would have enjoyed some outdoor seating perhaps a fire pit for evenings .

The room was clean, the staff was pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant/bar was nice, although I wish it stayed open a little later since there are not many places to eat nearby. I also liked how convenient it was to access my room from different entrances to the hotel. It was also great to see security patrolling the parking lot after hours.

The room had 2 connecting doors, so I could hear the conversations from 2 sides of my room. One of the guests had a little party that lasted until after 12 AM. I do not expect total silence when staying in hotels, but I do wish I would have known this before booking the room.

Most of the staff I had interactions with were very polite and our room was exactly what I would expect HI quality

The location of the hotel was not where I was led to believe from booking.com also when I called the property directly to verify I was told it was in front of the Biltmore only to get here and we're 8 miles away. The rest of our party were at the Doubletree across the street from the Holiday Inn right by the Biltmore!

It was great to have a nice restaurant and bar in the facility that had great service and food. It made for a relaxed travel experience. The bartender/waiter was great and the food tasteful.

Tried to tell housekeeping that we needed 10 minutes more to get out so she could come in and clean as I was injured and on crutches. She nodded and said ok but then never came to clean so all our food garbage was in the room for two days, beds not made etc. Upon checkout I found out she did not speak any English and did not understand me but instead of saying something like “no English” she said ok and then never cleaned. That should never happen for guests. The rest of the stay was perfectly fine. If any staff will not understand you, guests should know that to avoid this happening.

bathroom was so nasty! lights in the bathroom didn’t work and maintenance never came to fix it even after 4 calls to the front desk. they offered to switch out room finally at 11:30pm
