Convenient location. A decent amount of parking. Even though there was a crew of workmen staying there it was never noisy.

the big comfy beds, the pillow cases stating soft or firm..the full kitchen ..the recliner..in an area close to grocery store and many different restraunt choices. friendly staff.

the door wasn’t working like the key didn’t open and you had to push with all your strength lol but everything else was fine

Everyone was so kind. Pool is open 24 hrs. Kids loved that. Patio looked over a pond. Someone in a party couldn't come, they let me cancel 1 of the rooms at no charge.

The hotel's privacy promise meant that I was left alone and that there were no hotel employees coming into my space while I was away. The beds and the pillow were very comfortable.

The hotel's privacy promise also meant that there would only be housekeeping services once a week - so unless you are staying for more than a week, you will not have housekeeping services. While I am certain that I would be provided housekeeping services if I had asked (the customer service people were very cooperative and communicative), I was just uncomfortable having to ask. I would have preferred if house keeping services were offered every three days or better every other day.

The staff were very friendly. The room was large and the location was great.

The room was not clean. There was pet hair all over the floor and bathroom. Also, the bed was very hard.

The hotel was old, stained carpets in hallways. Hallways and my room smelled like mothballs or chemicals or some type. The door to The bathroom would not close either.

The shower was lukewarm. The facility is newer, but does not seem to be kept clean from the smell.

Beautiful room, kitchenette in room, wifi, pool, fantastic staff. Well stocked kitchenettes with great appliances and all the little kitchen tools and utensils you'd need. Great toiletries that I actually used. Laundry facilities on site and accessible.

Laundry facilities were 1/2 out of order, very few towels in room. Doors didn't lock, where they should have had key pads.

Price was good

Only one burner on the two burner stove worked. Reported it the day we got there and it was not fixed during our 5 day stay

I like the design of the one bedroom sweet

There was mold growing in the freezer, dirty towel in the drawer, food wrappers and empty cellphone box under the bed, and the cabinet to the bathroom sink was broke. And on top of that there was no linens in the drawer for the pullout bed. For the price I paid for a one bedroom suite this is totally ridiculous. Something needs to be done or some compensations.

The GM was so super sweet. Made sure we had everything we needed...extra towels ect The pool being open all night was amazing. My kids loved it.
