Proximity to I-65. Lovely neighborhood just beyond facility that we enjoyed going for a walk thru. Beds very comfortable!

Elevator had scum/dirt along wall. Room was booked as non- smoking but there was a lingering stale smoke stench in the room regardless. Sprayed sone cologne and thought it relieved the smell only to realize the following night at next stop on our trip that our luggage & clothes reeked of that same stench. Unfortunate that your facility isn’t 100% non- smoking. That alone would keep us from staying again. Breakfast included is nice - was average, nothing exceptional. All in all we enjoyed the comfortable beds and the pretty neighborhood facility backs up to.

The lady staff at my 530 check in was very rude and not welcoming at all.

Very clean, breakfast looked very tasty but we were in a hurry and couldn't sit down to enjoy it as we were running late. Price was very reasonable. There were restaurants within walking distance...Cracker Barrel, Starbucks, sports Bar and Grill, Mexican Restaurant. Meijer grocery store nearby

The mattress in room #105 needs to be changed. You could feel the springs coming thru, you could feel the metal edges of the mattress coming thru. My boyfriend is disabled and couldn't sleep on the bed because it hurt his back. He ended up taking the cushions from the couch, put them on the floor and slept all night on them.

Front desk personnel didn’t explain very well how me changing the reservation name from my name to my daughter’s who was there for graduation at Purdue worked. I tested positive for Covid the day before the graduation from my home in NC & couldn’t go so she & a friend drove there from Ky.
