On the beach. Beach was great.

Old. Staff at front not knowledgeable about restaurants and events. Breakfast was average. Sand on floors everywhere, like they never sweep. Doors to patio were needing repair. Sometimes we couldn’t even get open. And sometimes they didn’t lock at all from thee outside. Safety hazard. Door to hallway you could see through.Our ground level view was not that of the ocean but a very large view of the sand hill obstructed all views of the beach. That really was terrible! Couldn’t sit on patio and enjoy any view at all. The pool which was really a very small lap pool was on the side of the building looking at a parking lot. I do not recommend.

Location was nice. Room size was decent.

Nothing worked. Tv didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, microwave was extremely loud, no wash cloth, only 2 large towels for 3 people, rust in bath tub, dirty balcony, breakfast was always out of things, vending machine took my money 3x.

Access to the beach was excellent. The check-in process was very efficient.

The hotel itself is old. It doesn't look like it fits in with the other hotels in the area. Allowing pets at the hotel was aggravating. Barking dogs locked in their rooms all day was not an ideal recipe for relaxation.

Great location, wonderful & attentive staff, good pricing! Location put us right on the beach and night life. Breakfast staff was fantastic and offered a variety for most anyone.

I didn't like the guests directly under me out on the balcony waking me up around 3 or 4 in the morning laughing and talking outside. That was horrible.

Hotel was directly on the beach. Just a few steps away ~ perfect!!

It was clean and comforting and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

This place was a good place to stay. Very clean, breakfast was very good with different choices daily. I would definitely recommend this motel.

The only issue was the pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn't because something was broken on the heater. No big deal for us tho

The room was clean.

Very little water pressure in the shower. I booked a room with a balcony and beachfront. I got a room on the side of the building, not beachfront and the balcony was a patio on the first floor. The pool that was pictured so beautifully was small and 5 ft deep. I paid too much for this room and did not get what was advertised. Staff was not helpful in the matter.

Can't controll weather wife got sick possibly from food. Stayed sick had to come home early by a day.

When we saw Hampton Inn we expected Hampton Inn by Marriot. Not a old econo-lodge or equal

very nice staff!!!! very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful!!!! the woman and man in the breakfast area were very helpful.

The clerk on duty when we checked in was more interested in whoever he was on his phone / ear buds with than me (the guest) checking in. This was a horrible first impression. When I did ask a question he was very curt. And don’t even get me started on the pet / comfort dog / service dog conversation!
