Staff was amazing. Rooms were stocked. Location was amazing.

Pool is out of service, we did not know this before booking as this was the main reason we booked this specific hotel.

Hilton garden Inns are great hotels, we have stayed at other locations in the past and always enjoyed them. With nice restaurants and lounge. Also we enjoy the pools. The rooms are great and clean The staff is always friendly

This time was not as good! Staff was great, hotel was clean But! When we were checking in we found out the pool was closed and so was the restaurant and lounge. We were unable to enjoy a good meal and cocktail before retiring for the evening. Will have to think twice before counting on this hotel about amenities!

Clean

Room was great, it just seams all these hotels remodel and put it the flattest pillows and softest mattress’s they can find.It doesn’t really make for the best sleep.

Cleanliness and location

The front desk lady was rude! I booked two rooms under my name and when I checked in she shared she did not see both rooms and could not fulfil the request for them to be adjoining or side by side! She later lied and said they didn’t have adjoining rooms and then shared afterwards that if she had received my reservation earlier she could have accommodated the request! I showed her my confirmation email and she shared it was incorrect . The rooms also lacked noise control, we could hear so much in the hallways a a baby crying in an adjacent room.

Clean, renovated

The one downfall was they did not serve the breakfast on Sunday. They closed it down for some reason. Not sure why but when we went to go for breakfast the one gal there said they were not doing it that morning.

Breakfast open as advertised. No warning about this so we had to make other plans before leaving.

GREAT BREAKFAST, WONDERFUL TO HAVE REAL FLATWARE AND CERAMIC BOWLS.

NO DISLIKES FOR OUR STAY.

Good location for me.

You’re running the property “on the cheap” Example: only two towels provided in King room. Breakfast: instead of providing a lousy free breakfast like orher pkaces, you provide an expensive lousy breakfast.
