The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and good water pressure!

The lady at the front was very chatty to the gentleman in front of me. I was tired and hungry, I just needed her to be quicker or call for back up.

Bar on site at night, good seating area outside, excellent staff especially Kristina! Nice area within reach of your needs. Nothing is too far in WF. Clean and safe! The manager handles unruly customers appropriately.

This does not pertain to me but the hot tub and coffee machine was broken. The price was a bit high for the area, very commercial area. If you like to shop or eat out then it’s within walking distance.

The air conditioner worked, bed was made and the room was quiet. Repairs were made to the hot tub since the last visit but the ice machines were still non functional for floor 2&3. When I informed desk that we had an unclean room they agreed to reduce the price by $60 and free breakfast but the next morning at check out they tried to adjust to only $40 reduced price.

Bathroom had not been cleaned still had trash in it with no towels,no soaps,shampoo, lotion, or any other toiletries. The kitchenette had no coffee and trash was also left in main room. Bathroom floor had hair and what appeared to be dried pee dribble. It was not as clean as we would have hoped for the cost. The bed was on the harder side. Other Marriot hotels we have stayed at are much cleaner. Overall appears there hotel needs more maintenance wear and tear along with water damage can be seen.
