There was a fire at this hotel and we were not informed, no place to stay…. actually received confirmation of stay couple days before.

The beds were comfortable. The room is furnished as indicated on the listing. A coffee machine is at disposition in the room. The room and bathroom were clean.

Breakfast didn't meet our expectations (but we were a group of French and Italians, so we can be picky on food).

You could hear rodents in the walls scratching. Room had a strong musty smell (mold) Sign out front says free breakfast, there is no breakfast. Staff claimed Covid (local health regulations) was the reason for no breakfast but other local hotels were serving free breakfast for their guests

booked 2 rooms. 1 smelt of stale smoke . was dirty . stained mirrors , dirty floor hairs in bed . No advertised free breakfast . other room a little cleaner . didn't clean mirrors furniture

Customer service, phone wiring hanging out of the wall and not functional, false advertising on website and on giant sign by the street says free breakfast and there was none. Myself and several other guest complained and the excuse they had was that breakfast is seasonal there, (yet they advertised it) customer service line said breakfast should be available with multiple options no less, i.e. bagels, cereal, and "meals" according to them. Whatever that means. two employees at front desk were rude and not helpful and also said the manager would call all of us when he/she came in and they NEVER did. First and last time i will ever stay here. Would strongly recommend you stay ANYWHERE else.
