Gute Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, ruhige Umgebung, netter Pool

Einrichtung gut, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Office der Anlage unmotiviert und unfreundlich

Location was great. Amenities were great. Facilities were great.

Would have liked a smart TV or some easy way to access streaming services like Netflix or Disney plus. Also a vacuum to clean up sand we brought in from the beach would have been useful.

We felt welcomed by the host. The apartment had so many amenities, very comfortable, close to pool and available parking.

It was hot so took some to cool the apartment.

Convenient location and walking distance to the beach. Good amenities (pool, tennis court), and easy access parking.

For our condo specifically, we wished it had central AC. It was mid 80’s our week of stay. And the bedroom AC’s were barely enough to cool down all the common areas in the unit.

Die Suite ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Insektenschutzgitter zur Terrasse ist sehr schwer zu erreichen und sollte in den Führern gereinigt und geölt werden. Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war, dass wir trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage im Vorfeld nicht die genaue Lage der Wohnung erfahren haben. Es wurde uns ein Meerblick angeboten, aber von der Terrasse aus hatten wir keinen Meerblick. Außerdem waren die Gebühren von Vacasa und Booking einfach zu hoch, denn wenn wir direkt bei Hale Kamole gebucht hätten, hätten wir nur 190 $ pro Nacht, also 760 $ für 4 Tage zahlen müssen. Aber 500 $ für die vermittelten Einrichtungen, da stimmt das Verhältnis einfach nicht mehr. Insofern bleibt trotz vieler positiver Eindrücke, u.a. Summittours zum Haleakala und Paia bleibt ein befremdlicher Eindruck wegen der unangemessenen Provisionen.

The locationl

The place was filthy. The floors turned our feet black. The shower was outdated and moldy. The AC unit was outdated and insufficient. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The couches were worn and dirty. And the balcony was soft, dangerous and unusable. The walkways to the condo were so old and creaking that we were scared to walk on them with heavy groceries. We left early and checked into a hotel in order to save our anniversary trip.

Loved the location being in south Kihei, north Wailea area. It was very quiet and close to the Kamaole Sands Beach Park across the street. Parking was very convenient close to our room. The room(s) and floors were 99% clean.

Top blanket on bed had multiple stains and a small tear. Vacasa provided a brand new comforter blanket to us the same day, resolving the issue. There were also ants that found an open package (our fault), but Vacasa provided ant traps which resolved the problem.

Good location to beach and park.

Shortage of trails for walking or running.
