The beddings, my wife had severe skin allergies due to the beddings, I don’t know if it was newly change?,other than that the pillow case are old and dirty. If your looking for value of money look for other place to stay.

Apartment is big, nice balcony, well equipped with everything.
The bed in my room was broken - half of the mattress wasn't supported underneath and so you sink as you lay in the bed. Updated the staff but they had no suggestions. No food/beverages available on the premises, except for 3 vending machines that don't work.

Shuttle was super easy to get to the lift and back home. Friendly staff, hot tub outside was nice after a day of skiing!
Owners didn't leave any cooking oil, butter and only 1 laundry detergent. So we had to buy all of that, but the place was very clean, nice and convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

We love the size of the condo. The beds were comfortable. It was hard to keep the downstairs warm but we managed. The kitchen was big they just need to leave a cabinet or two empty for a person to put food in.
We were in the back building on the 2nd floor. There were 4 of us and a 9 month old baby. You could not access this 2nd floor by the elevator. We had to enter from the garage, take an elevator down to floor 3, walk a little over half way down the hall, take another set of stairs down a floor then down to our room. You enter the room only to hit another set of stairs. We had a LOT of stuff. Getting it all to the room and packed to leave was a nightmare. We needed elevator access. Then everything, firewood, toilet paper, dish soap was extra. You rent a place and pay the huge amounts and they can't furnish toilet paper?? The fireplace smoked horribly for the first 15 minutes or so. I dont see us staying there again. Its just to inconvenient to get to your room.

Beautiful condo with great mountain views. Kitchen well stocked, lots of closet space, and reliable shuttle service to ski area. Very comfortable king beds/2 bedrooms were perfect for our group. We will definitely come back!
Unit had regular wood burning fireplace. Would have preferred a gas fireplace.

It was super central the location.
Amazing the room and the view we had. very well equipped with Gym, transfert to and from the town.
I would have loved in a week we were there that they would offer in the booking one clean of the room.

shuttle is not very frequent. 1 shuttle not 2 and app didn’t work, resulting in long wait (up to 30 mins) at times.

we were charged a daily cleaning fee but the apartment was not cleaned during the stay, the apartment was labelled as premium but was in poor condition. the published shuttle times are inaccurate, last shuttle was 21:00 but we had made dinner reservations based on the advertised 22:00.

The location and the room: they were fantastic.
Extra costs added along the way: at booking time you see a price, at check out you see a different price, once you are at the facility you pay extra costs (i.e. $30/d to park your car, $150 as a deposit) and, despite you paid a $50 cleaning fee at check out (that was not mentioned at booking time) then you'll have to basically clean the room yourself before leaving (you have to load the dish washer and take all the trash to the bins in the garage). Something sounds wrong to me: either I pay for some services or I do not and do them myself; the overall cost should also be more transparent at booking time.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped.
It's a bit far from Vail. There is a free bus in summer, but it's not very frequent.

nice remodeled apartment. Simba run has several apartments, the one we stayed this last time was outstanding. comfy beds. It can get hot in summer with global warming as the condos don't have air conditioner.
No AC but that is a problem with global warming =)
